I've been in Atlanta 12 years now and we've never had snow like this. I was in Philly last week and we had 15", but they also have the equipment to clear the roads. Around here, you just have to wait for it to melt; they don't even salt our roads. Traffic was pretty horrible coming home from work and the car was starting to slide. Heck, I couldn't even make it up our driveway. When I got home the kids were out front making snowballs and just having fun. Then the neighbor came over and suggested we use the hill on our front yard to sled. What a great idea! I can't believe we didn't think of it. We stayed out there for hours sledding over and over again. It looks like it all turned into ice overnight, so it should be another great day to sled.
